On August 22, 2025, the “First Tourism Committee Workshop within Dara Sakor Partners,” hosted by COASTAL CITY DEVELOPMENT GROUP, and organized by DARA SAKOR’s Tourism Promotion Service Center (TPSC) concluded successfully. With the participation of Dara Sakor Management Committee, the Coastal Airport Investment Co., Ltd., the Group Brand Planning Center, and the Air Darena Operations Department. The event brought together representatives from core enterprises and key existing partners of Dara Sakor, across the entire industry chain, including hotels, restaurants, travel agencies, transportation, the Golf Course and supply chain companies within the region. Notable participants included renowned hotels such as Dara Sakor Golf Hotel and Golf Course, Longbay Driving range, Sunshine Hotel, Royal Beach and Resort, Happy Home Master Resort, Mad Monkey Hotel, Koh Sdach Resort as well as the under construction 99 Beach Resort; tourism and transportation service providers like Longbay Tour and VET Airways; and commercial and catering brands including Longbay Duty Free, Dara Sakor Super Market, Nu Nu Restaurant, Lanzhou Restaurant, and VET Propriety Development. Together, they collaborated to establish a new platform for coordinated development within the DARA SAKOR region.

会上，文化与旅游部总监Paully Lora女士进行了系统而深入的讲解，全面阐释了七星海区域的发展规划与宏伟愿景，包括现有和在建项目。她指出，这片充满潜力的土地将迎来前所未有的发展机遇，通过整合各方资源，打造独具特色的旅游目的地，提升七星海区域的整体竞争力。

At the meeting, Ms. Paully Lora, Director of Culture and Tourism Department, delivered a systematic and in-depth presentation, comprehensively outlining the development plan and vision for Dara Sakor region, including the existing and under construction projects. She emphasized that this land, brimming with potential, is poised to seize unprecedented development opportunities by integrating resources from all sectors to create a distinctive tourist destination and enhance the region's overall competitiveness, as together, we are all part of DARA SAKOR ecosystem.

此次研讨会不仅体现了滨海城市发展集团作为区域发展核心的引领作用，更通过建立多层次合作机制，有效打破资源壁垒，显著强化产业协同，为推动七星海由“分散经营”向“集群共赢”转型奠定坚实基础。

This seminar not only demonstrated the leading role of COASTAL CITY DEVELOPMENT GROUP as the core of regional development but also established a multi-level cooperation mechanism to effectively break down resource barriers, significantly strengthen industrial synergy, and lay a solid foundation for transforming the Dara Sakor from “isolated operations” to “cluster-based mutual benefit.”
